Consumer Guide
The Code of Conduct for registered migration agents is set out in legislation to regulate the conduct of registered migration agents. In conjunction with the Australian Solicitors Conduct Rules, it prescribes our obligations towards you when acting in migration matters. You can find a copy of the Code of Conduct here.
